The Project | The Department of Water Affairs and Forestry has initiated a major transformation of the department and its system of organisation, with Linkd providing strategic and project management support. A Transformation Roadmap has been developed with DWAF role-players in a uniquely consultative manner, and key levers for change have been identified. These deal with issues such as vision and mandate, organisational structure, business processes, culture and value systems, technology and networking, amongst others. Task teams have been established to address each of the change levers, and Linkd has coordinated a complex set of interventions and change processes. A review of the success of the overall process is underway at the moment.
