Sustainable Strategic Planning
We manage complex planning processes for clients in an integrated manner that is sustainable, and which involves the different components of the organisation so that they take ownership of the strategy. We work with our clients to translate strategies into implementation plans, and monitor and evaluate implementation of the strategy using a logical framework.
